CCBlitz Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services at CCBLITZ Limited. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to CCBLITZ Cleaning Services Ltd.
  • “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or business booking the cleaning service.
  • “Service” or “Services” refers to any cleaning or clearance service provided by CCBLITZ.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is accepted.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted based on property size, condition, and service type.
  • A minimum call-out fee may apply.
  • Full payment is required upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or secure online platforms.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee (up to 50% of the service cost).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of emergencies, unsafe environments, or force majeure.

5. Access & Safety

  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
  • If our team cannot gain access, a call-out fee may be charged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the premises are hazardous or present health/safety risks.

6. Service Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • We will arrange a re-clean or resolution where applicable, free of charge.
  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for rework or compensation.

7. Liability

  • We take care of all property and belongings. However, accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours.
  • CCBLITZ holds public liability insurance to cover accidental damages caused by our cleaners.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor maintenance, or misuse of items.

8. Client Obligations

  • Ensure the premises are safe and accessible.
  • Notify us of any special cleaning requirements or delicate surfaces in advance.
  • Remove valuables and personal belongings before the service begins.

9. Data Protection

  • We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Information is stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
